After your bellies are filled, you can cast a vote for your most loved truck to help them win the Golden Fork trophy! The Golden Fork has grown into the most sought after award amongst the food truck scene in Ontario. They value it because the winner is chosen by the best jury out there: you, the food fan. Decide who becomes the peoples’ champion this year.

For the ultimate food adventure, you can get a limited VIP upgrade and enter 90 minutes before the general public. That means you can jump the queue and don’t have to line up. Plus, you get an exclusive food star photo shoot.

This event is brought to you by CraveTO – Toronto’s go to resource for all things food and drink. A team of passionate foodies that keeps you up-to-date on the city’s most exciting culinary happenings through their blog and events listing.

Sherbourne Common is a scenic waterfront park, situated in a former industrial area of Toronto. It has been designed by landscape architect Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg and spans around 1.5 hectares, which is about as much as two city blocks. The park stretches from Lake Ontario to Lake Shore Boulevard in the north and is the perfect hangout for a late summer event like the Food Truck Fest Ontario.

A paid parking site is located at the Corus Building (beside Sherbourne Common to the west)

Seats: There will be lots of seating at the venue – however there won’t be enough seats for everyone. That’s why the organizers encourage you to bring blankets to lay on the lush green grass. If you hold a foodstar pass, your seat is guaranteed though.

Weather: The event is happening, no matter if rain or shine. So make sure to bring your appetite and – if needed – your umbrella.
