The Leslieville Flea is a curated monthly flea market in Toronto. A colourful place where you can find anything from vintage, handicrafts, salvage and upcycled goods, furniture, antiques, collectables, records and more.

Come and swing by at one of Toronto’s most popular curated flea markets. Each time, the event attracts more than 1,000 attendees eager to meet the city’s best artisans, crafters, collectors, designers and vintage dealers.

No matter if your heart beats for handmade jewellery, unique pieces of art, reused and upcycled goods, roaming the many stalls at Ashbridge Estate is a great way to spend a Sunday in Toronto.

The Leslieville Flea has been running since 2013 and was founded by Brigid Elmy and Christine Roberts. Their vision was to create a platform for local artisans and collectors to showcase their work and sell their ware. With more and more people looking for individual products that support small local businesses, the market has fast gained popularity with Torontonians and visitors alike.

Every monthly market gives you the unique opportunity to meet the creative makers, and learn how each item is being made. Or listen to the tales of those treasure hunters who venture out to look for unique products, talented artisans and beautiful stories from all over the world – and bring them to the market. Topped by live music, yoga classes, street food and delicious ice cream, this is a real East End favourite.

The Leslieville Flea is a buzzing place where friends, neighbours and people from all backgrounds can meet, eat, drink, mingle and at the same time support independent local businesses and vendors. Much more than just a market, it is community hub connecting people from near and far in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The main market is held regularly once a month, but the organizers also host special events. The next special: a 1 day pop up at the Broadview Hotel (106 Broadview Ave., Toronto, Ontario M4M2G1) on September 24, 2017. Find all details here

The monthly Leslieville Flea is hosted at the beautiful Ashbridge Estate – a historic estate that eastern Toronto, between Leslieville and The Beaches. It was settled by the Ashbridge family, who escaped from the American Civil War and became one of the founding families of Toronto. They lived in the estate for more than 200 years. In 1972, they donated the building to the Ontario Heritage Trust and it was listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places in 2008. With two acres of greenery and such a strong link to history, there could hardly be a better venue for Toronto’s most popular flea and vintage market.
